From the beginning stages of a project, DBI’s utilizes BIM technology to
create intelligent 3-dimensional digital models that allow all team members
to import, share and extract almost any data associated to the project. This
“process” creates a tightly-knit, collaborative process where the impact of all
design modifications and additions – whether programmatically, spatially or
from a scheduling standpoint - are quickly and easily understood by all
project members.
Utilizing BIM as a method of design and documentation has allowed us to
continue our philosophy of sustainability and integrated practice.
