The Praesidium Group bought this property and original design from previous owners. The site sits between the 4th hole of Hidden Creek Golf Club and the W&OD Trail. DBI redesigned the site so the interior area in front of the building could be opened up as a public plaza with a decorative fountain in the center. An open three-level parking garage was then situated into the hill across from the plaza. The four-story building was designed as a 25-unit office condominium.
