LCTC is not simply a building, but rather a community defining civic destination. Located at the transit center of the planned Moorefield Station development, LCTC is not just commuter-accessible, but a regional multi-modal transportation hub. LCTC’s proposal includes land not only to accommodate immediate office needs and transit support, but also arts, entertainment, and other community serving facilities.
