With a vision and purpose in mind, DBI transformed three tenant bays of industrial warehouse space into a one-of a-kind new production brewing facility and restaurant. With an indoor beer garden feel, the 4,000-SF tasting room was designed as an open shell. The tasting room has a main bar area which ideal to grab a Sunday brew and bite. It also has a side wing which has the intimacy to private events or family gatherings. The 10,000- SF brewing facility is the largest in the area. The brewing facility has pragmatic layout to facilitate the most efficient process for production. This includes delivery ingredients, fermentation process, and storage.
