Mr. Perez-Cespedes comes to DBI Architects with more than a decade of architectural experience. Over the course of his career, Martin has worked on projects ranging from residential, hospitality, and retail projects to commercial office, government, and conversions. Martin is experienced with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and others, and adept at all aspects of the design process from in initial design all the way through construction administration.
