This amenity space provides a multi-purpose conferencing area for classroom- and seminar-style meetings and traditional conference gatherings. Two main conference rooms, which transform into one large conference room (via an operable partition), are adjacent to a bright, warm-toned lounge space with exposed concrete floors and an open plenum. This multi-functional area is equipped with a bar and ping-pong table and can be used as a breakout space or as a relaxed environment for lunch, small meetings, and even parties. DTZ reports that the space’s opening and reception have been highly successful. Ping-pong games bring tenants together throughout the day; conference rooms are booked weeks in advance.
